The well-designed layout of the apartment takes full advantage of the more than 1,235 square feet of area, resulting in spacious, yet intimate, living areas, private bedrooms and bathrooms, and views from every room. With its high ceilings and views from the living areas and both bedrooms, Vue des Vosges is light, open and incredibly spacious.

Located on the third floor (fourth floor by American standards) with elevator access, this beautiful apartment is quiet, light-filled and elegant, yet very comfortable and completely outfitted to address the needs of our most discriminating clients, who will appreciate the apartment's central location and much sought-after address.

The large salon, incorporating a comfortable seating area and a dining area with seating for eight, overlooks the beautiful Place through expansive windows. Ancient ceiling beams and a stone fireplace retain the authentic ambiance which characterizes this prestigious neighborhood (which dates from the early 17th century), while modern amenities, including a personal computer with high-speed internet access, satellite television and an air cooling system ensure guests' comfort and convenience.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled and outfitted with high-quality appliances (including a dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer unit), as well as a full compliment of dishes, glassware and cooking utensils and cookware.

There are two full bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed and each with its own bathroom, flanking the living area, making the apartment a perfect choice for two couples traveling together yet desiring the privacy afforded by the well-designed floorplan. Each bedroom overlooks the Place below through large windows.
he sofa bed in the living room converts to a comfortable double bed; there are also two cots available, such that the apartment can accommodate six to eight guests (although it is best suited for a maximum of six).

Each bedroom has its own beautifully appointed bathroom, outfitted with top-quality towels and bathrobes, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries. One bathroom features a tiled "stall" shower, while the other features a traditional French bathtub (perfect for soaking after a long day of touring the Parisian sites!) with hand-heldshower.

The Place des Vosges gardens, first installed in the early 17th century, are considered among the most beautiful in Paris. Adults will enjoy the quiet tranquility offered by the gardens' many alcoves and seating areas, while children will love the small playground and many grassy areas at the center of the park.

The historic building in which the apartment is located opens onto the gardens through graceful stone arches; residences are discreetly tucked behind ancient wooden doors, creating a quiet retreat within the heart of the city.

AS WITH MOST OF OUR PROPERTIES, SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE APARMENT, AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. PRICES ARE BASED ON FOUR PERSON OCCUPANCY; A SUPPLEMENTAL CHARGE OF $50 PER PERSON WILL BE APPLIED FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS.
