Located on the top level (with elevator access) of a lovely, 1930's era building on a quiet cobblestone street at the top of the Montmartre neighborhood, this beautiful recently renovated studio apartment is truly a gem.

Decorated with a tasteful blend of quality antiques and comfortable furnishings which maintain the 1930's ambiance of the suggested by the building's architectural style, the interior of Le Studio combines the charm that is characteristic of this charming hilltop neighborhood with the modern amenities and conveniences so appreciated by seasoned travelers.

For entertainment, the living areas is furnished with a cable television with English-language channels, a VCR and DVD player. There is also a high-speed internet connection (which, unfortunately for Mac users, is only compatible with laptop PCs).

This studio apartment simply defines charming...floor-to-ceiling French doors and windows provide light and views, gleaming hardwood floors, terra cotta and imported tiles create the ambiance, and air conditioning, modern kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures provide the comfort.

A beautiful queen sleigh bed faces the French windows and views of the neighborhood below. An intimate dining and seating area give guests room to relax after a day of exploring Paris. The apartment is air conditioned to ensure comfort even during the rare Parisian heat-wave.

The compact, yet fully appointed, kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as all the dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils necessary to prepare a full meal or a quick snack.

The bathroom features a tub with American-style shower, washbasin and toilet.The apartment is also fitted with a washing machine and dryer

The Montmartre neighborhood in which this studio is located is one of our favorites...the winding, cobblestone streets evoke another era, and yet the area is just steps from the center of the Montmartre tourist center, with its roving artists, street vendors and cafés, and within walking distance to the lively fabric center of Paris.

The rue Lepic market, Place du Tertre cafés, the Musée de Montmartre, Montmartre vineyard, Sacre Coeur basillica and historic nightclub Lapin Agile are all within a short distance of the apartment . There are three metro stations within a few blocks of the apartment, which provide access within 15 minutes to the sites of Paris.

AS WITH MOST OF OUR PROPERTIES, NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THIS APARTMENT, AND PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
