Windows in each of the bedrooms overlook the building's interior courtyard, providing light and ventilation; the bedrooms' orientation toward the courtyard, rather than overlooking the street, provides a quiet buffer from the lively activity so characteristic of daily Parisian life.

The apartment's décor tastefully blends quality contemporary furnishings with antique accent pieces to create an ambiance that is both elegant and comfortable, and thus thoroughly Parisian. The large bathroom, with dual sinks, a tiled tub and glass-enclosed shower, is adjacent to the two bedrooms.

The Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars park, the Invalides (home to Napoleon's tomb), the Ecole Militaire and the famous rue Cler market street are all within walking distance of the apartment. The Avenue du Saxe, with its open air market, the Place de Breteiul, and the Segur metro stop are all within two blocks of Le Ségur; with its easy metro access, all of the sites and attractions of Paris (not to mention a host of wonderful restaurants and cafés) are within minutes of the apartment.
