Located on the second floor of a magnificent building on the avenue de la Bourdonnais, this recently renovated one bedroom apartment is adjacent to the prestigious rue de Grenelle and is just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. With 340 square feet of living area, the apartment is not large, but is very comfortable and quite reasonably priced compared to traditional hotel accommodations in this most sought-after neighborhood.

Though just a few minutes' walk from some of the most famous tourist destinations and landmarks on the Left Bank, La Bourdonnais is a quiet refuge. Tastefully decorated and furnished in traditional Parisian style, the apartment also offers a "wish-list" of modern amenities, including air conditioning, flat screen cable television and DVD player, and a laptop computer with high-speed internet access.

The apartment is accessed through a pleasant, open courtyard, which offers a buffer from the busy activity of its lively seventh arrondissement neighborhood. The living room features a comfortable seating area (the sofa bed converts to a sleeper to accommodate two guests) and small dining area. The compact kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, full-sized oven and range, microwave and washer/dryer.

The location is also perfect for strolls along the Seine or tours of the local sites, including the Invalides, Eiffel Tower and Ecole Militaire, as well as easy access to the nearby Metro.

The bedroom, furnished with queen bed, is separated from the living area by traditional glass-paned French doors. The separate tiled bathroom features a washbasin, toilet and bathtub with wall-mounted shower.

Savvy travelers and first-time visitors to Paris alike will appreciate the wonderfully central location, which is perfect for strolls along the Seine or tours of the local sites, including the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower and the Ecole Militaire, the beautiful Champsde Mars park, and the elegant shopping district along the rue du Bac.
