Provence West, Ltd. (“PWL”) has been serving new and repeat travelers to France since 1992, and has developed loyal and lasting relationships with our French property owners which enable us to continually offer the finest properties at the most competitive prices in the industry.

PWL prides itself on personal service and responsiveness. Our goal is to match clients with the rental property that will best meet the client’s needs and expectations, whether it is an apartment rental in Paris, a wine country apartment or cottage in Alace, a farmhouse in the Loire Valley, or a villa surrounded by the olive orchards or vineyards of Provence. We are dedicated to sharing our love and personal knowledge of France with clients to ensure that clients enjoy a true “French experience” when they choose a Provence West property for their vacation “home away from home.”

PWL’s rental portfolio includes luxury apartments and charming “flats” in Paris, country homes and authentic farmhouses in Normandy and Burgundy, chateaux in the Loire Valley, and apartments, village properties, country homes and elegant villas throughout Provence. We offer properties at every price and amenity level, from simply furnished gîtes to the most well-appointed luxury estates.

PWL’s owner, Marguerite Sadler, is a  devout “Francophile” who loves nothing more than sharing her passion for all things French and her personal experiences gained from traveling throughout France. From her first trip to France with a group led by her high school French teacher to frequent family trips with her two  children (Marguerite was a  PWL client before she bought the company in 2004!), Marguerite has come to know and appreciate the magic of France, and is looking forward to ensuring that your next trip to France is magical too!

PWL specializes in France. It’s the country we know best and love most (outside of the US, of course...although we sometimes feel as if we know Paris better than we know Denver!). We believe that by focusing on one vacation destination, we can offer clients the finest properties at the best prices, and can help match clients with the rental home that best meets their French vacation needs and expectations.

PWL knows you want current, helpful and relevant information about France; we have it! Our frequent trips to France to preview and select properties for our portfolio and to maintain our close personal relationships with our French owners enable us to stay on top of current events and trends throughout France; our goal is to provide the most valuable and current information possible about restaurants, wine-tasting opportunities, cultural events, hiking and biking trails and local open-air markets and shopping. PWL clients receive a wealth of regional information helpful in planning their French vacations, including suggested itineraries, local restaurant views, lists of our favorite open-air markets and shopping tours, and our Indispensable Guide to the French Vacation Rental Experience, a thorough and thoughtful compilation of suggestions and travel advice which we believe to be invaluable to the vacation traveler in France.
